1. About these Terms

These Terms govern your use of digital products sold by Inbhatech Systems (OPC) Private Limited ("Inbhatech Systems", "we", "us"), including Job Search Command Center ("JSCC").

2. The Product

JSCC is a browser-based job-search tracking tool. Your job-search data is stored only in your own browser — see our Privacy Policy for what we do store on our servers.

3. Purchase and Access

JSCC is sold as a one-time purchase. After payment is verified, you receive an access code that unlocks JSCC on up to 3 devices. No account or password is required.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details — see our Privacy Policy.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for the 7-day refund window.

6. Delivery

See our Delivery Policy for how and when your access code is delivered.

7. Device Limit and Acceptable Use

Your access code activates JSCC on up to 3 devices. You may not resell, redistribute or share your access code outside your own devices, or attempt to circumvent the device limit. You can free up a device slot yourself at any time using "Reset device slots" inside JSCC, which emails you a confirmation link before the reset takes effect. Self-service resets are limited to 2 per 30-day period; after that, contact support.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

JSCC is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Inbhatech Systems is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the product.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Odisha having jurisdiction.
