1. Who we are

Inbhatech Systems (OPC) Private Limited, Plot No. 670, Imam Nagar, Jagatpur, Cuttack, Odisha - 754021 ("we", "us").

2. Your job-search data

JSCC stores your applications, interviews and follow-ups only in your own browser's local storage. We never receive, see or store this data on our servers.

3. What our payment/access system stores

When you purchase JSCC, our payment-access server stores:

your email address
Razorpay order ID, payment ID and, if applicable, refund ID
your access code
a hashed (non-reversible) identifier for each device you activate JSCC on, so we can enforce the 3-device limit
a hashed (non-reversible) IP address, kept briefly, to limit abuse of our checkout and resend-code requests

We do not store your card, UPI or net-banking details — payments are processed directly by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, and that information never reaches us.

4. Why we store it

To verify your purchase, issue and validate your access code, enforce the device limit, handle refunds, limit abuse of our checkout, and respond to support requests (e.g. "Resend my code").

5. Who we share it with

We share data with the following sub-processors, solely to run the service described above:

Razorpay — to process your payment.
Resend — to send your access code and related emails.
Netlify — hosts and stores the payment-access backend described in section 3.

We do not sell your data, and do not share it with anyone else.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies or any third-party analytics or advertising trackers. It uses a small in-browser event mechanism purely to drive its own interface (for example, the Store's search and filters); nothing from it is sent anywhere.

7. How long we keep it

As long as needed to provide access, handle refunds and support, and meet legal and accounting obligations under Indian law.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your purchase data by emailing contact@inbhatechsystems.com, subject to what we must legally retain for accounting.
