1. Digital delivery only
Job Search Command Center is a digital product. Nothing is shipped physically.
2. How you receive it
Once your payment is verified, your access code is:
- shown on screen immediately, and
- emailed to the address you provided
No further action is needed on our part — delivery is automatic.
3. If you don't receive your code

4. Device limit
Your access code activates JSCC on up to 3 devices. You can free up a device slot yourself at any time using "Reset device slots" inside JSCC, which emails you a confirmation link before the reset takes effect. Self-service resets are limited to 2 per 30-day period; after that, contact support.
